I had an apartment that was recently vacated and had no idea on how to quickly rent out my apartment, then the pandemic struck. That’s when a family member recommended I contact Relocation Kuwait, let me tell you that it was one of the best decisions I made as they went above and beyond my expectation in finding me the right tenant for my apartment.

So, here’s how it went:

1. I contacted Relocation Services and set a date to meet at the apartment I wanted to rent.
2. On that date they came on time, took picture and videos of the apartment, and the designated parking for that apartment.
3. We then discussed the potential monthly renting value, answered questions regarding the apartment, and told them the type of clients I was looking for.
4. Gave them the Keys of the apartment.
5. They then placed an ad through their social networks.
6. They went and showed the potential tenants the apartment.
7. They then sent me a list of potential tenants.
8. I chose the tenant I was most comfortable with.
9. They then sent me their Civil ID’s and Marriage certificate.
10. Relocation Kuwait also helped me with a contract template, which was amazing. (Thank You!)
11. I then sent them the legal contract in PDF format via WhatsApp.
12. They had the tenant sign the legal papers.
13. Tenant sent the first month’s rent, and I paid my fees to Relocation Services.
