X-Cite’s Excellent Customer Service

I recently bought a Sony TV (KD-65X9000H) about a month ago from X-Cite, unfortunately it stopped working the beginning of last week. So, I called X-Cite customer service and they were very happy to help resolve the issue, they informed me that a technician will come over within 4 days to resolve my problem. The next day X-Cite called and informed me they had an opening and could see me today. After reviewing my issue, they disassembled the TV from the wall mount and took it to the service center to resolve the issue and they said that it would take up to 4 days to completely fix the TV. Fast forward two days the technicians have completely fixed the problem (Motherboard issue, they also updated the Firmware) and assembled the TV back on the wall mount. Excellent Service X-Cite!!!
